DHS Threatens to Cite Veteran for Bumper Stickers
After five years on a nuclear submarine during the Cold War, Dwight Scarbrough works for a federal agency in Boise, ID and heads Boise’s branch of Veterans for Peace. He puts his beliefs about the Iraq war on his truck – within the law. On February 7th, DHS agents came to strongarm him into forgetting the 1st Amendment—but he had a tape recorder.
